I’ve added you to our whitelist. You will be able to access SketchUp for Schools as soon as your G Suite or MSFT 365 administrator has approved the app for your school.

We have added SketchUp for Schools to the G Suite and were using SketchUp in our classes but we just started getting blocked.

Why was this request to be whitelisted marked as spam?

We are a High School in Maine, we are running half a dozen classes that use SketchUp for Schools and our students cannot log in to do their work. No spam here.

Can you please add lincolnacademy.org to the whitelist?

The Discourse system marks some things as spam. I can’t see anything wrong with your message, so I’m not sure what upset it. Main thing is that no human was involved.

I think we need our domain whitelisted as well. Our google domain is lions.hda-lhs.com. I have added the application to our domain and users are still unable to use it.

Hi @rbaca, thanks for the post. I am happy to get you added to the database, but first I will need a few things from you. I already have your domain from the previous post so you are already 1/3 of the way there! All I need in addition to that is a website link if you have one and verification that you are a k-12 school and not a higher education school. Once I have that I will be able to get you added to our databse without any issues and then you should be up and running. in no time at all!

Just link me what I asked for in a post or send me a private message if you are not comfortable posting it and we are all set!
