I had to clean install windows a long time ago and I used an extension for importing the “spline” or the “Heartline” of a roller coaster into the sketchup model but I have since lost it and cannot find it.
For some more detailed explanation, the program that makes the virtual roller coasters is No Limits Coaster Simulation. As part of it’s pro version, it has the ability to export the track as X, Y, Z points to a CSV file. I used the missing extension to import those points and it would also draw lines between each point to create the track’s spline. The result would be a line representing the track that I could then use for scale, positioning, etc.
