Need Admin Approval to login

We are using Microsoft Tenant, We have set up SketchUp for Schools, As an admin, I can login directly without problem, but for other users, they can’t login, saying needs admin approval, which I didn’t see it when I logged in with Admin account.

How can I work this out?
