Click on the little symbol (“avatar” ) for the other person at the start of their post and select the button labelled “message”.

Thanks for your help slbaumgartner. I figured out why I can’t PM anyone. I log in using my Sketchup account. I don’t have a Facebook or Twitter account. It looks like PM is only possible when logging in via Facebook or Twitter.

That can’t be true, as I regularly exchange PMs and I have neither a Facebook or Twitter account.

I thought that it was maybe due to my browser or OS version.
