# My sketchup file say 'FAILED TO OPEN THE DOCUMENT' pls help me

i cannot open the file pls help me as i need to attend meeting supposed today. but need to cancel very last minute.

We might be able to help you if you share the SketchUp file. We definitely can’t help you if you don’t.

What version of SketchUp are you actually using? You indicate “Free Plan” and SketchUp 2021 which isn’t possible.
