My chaos cosmos license was not registering, so I signed in and downloaded the newest updates. I also updated my Sketchup Studio 26 license. I did a restart and my enscape and v-ray tools are showing in the extension, but I no longer have an asset manager or teapot shaped render tools. What am I missing? How do I get these back?
Do you have SketchUp 2026 installed? Your profile says you are using SketchUp 2022 on Windows 10. Is that correct?
Do you see the Vray toolbars in the list of available toolbars?

Did you install the current version of Vray for SketchUp after installing SketchUp 2026? Did you install both of them correctly by right clicking on the downloaded installers and selecting Run as administrator?
Yes I have re-booted many times as I have had Sketchup 2026 for awhile. I have restarted at least 3 times today. Maybe something in Sketchup 2026 did not install correctly. I will start with a fresh install of Sketchup. Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.
Make sure you right click on the installer and select Run as administrator.
chaos is a well named company, and a few years ago they added the whole chaos licencing system that is truly a mess.
first, off course, restart your machine.
when prompted to login, be sure to login using Trimble. If you previously made an account using email and password, it probably won’t work.
I have a chaos account using my work email. and my trimble account is also under that email. But depending on how I login, I’ll get Vray, or I won’t.
so be sure to pick “continue with trimble”
