Hi, i logged in after three weeks and i cant find my project. I only have a empty Folder… I have worked on my House Model for one year. Now it is deleted? What can i do?
Most frequent cause is that you are logged in with different email address than before.

yes, this could be. I have used 2 mail Adress. One private and one for work. is there a Chance to get my Model back?^^
Have you tried both emails to log in?
Yes, in one there is my project from work. But in my private Account my Model is delete…
Thank you very much for your help. It was my fault. That was not the right account :-/ Now i have my files back and i will be do backups in future
