My Model Does Not Include the Unconditioned Zones

Hello Everyone,

I have a model a building 6 floor and 2 underground parking. I am assigning the unconditioned spaces however when i check the result it does not read it. Could you please help me in this?

Hi,

Yes, for sure. I attached it here. the first two levels are underground parking and the bigger portion of the zones supposed to be unconditioned.

Hi Shima-

I would suggest that you either hide bottom 2 levels in your SketchUp model before the upload or try to use “Ignore” space condition if bottom 2 levels are uploaded.
