It’s just different things. One thing is a Dynascape Design, which is a CAD software. Another thing is DS|Sketch3D, which is: “A comprehensive landscape specific 3D component warehouse (SketchUp add-on).”. Both of these have no relation to Trimble, as I understand. That is why buying SketchUp Pro for your commercial use is a logical thing. (otherwise you are violating the license of SketchUp Make)

Just checked https://www.dynascape.com/sketch3d/ - these guys are doing it “not very nice”. Selling quite expensive software and suggesting: “Open your design in SketchUp (Make or Pro versions)”.
