MSI not working for installation

Hello everyone,

I’ve had this issue for a while but found a work around until last night.

When I downloaded the SU2024 it gave me an MSI error saying the network resource was unavailable. It currently will not let me install or uninstall Su2022, SU2023 or SU2024 to start a clean install.

I was able to modify SU2022 and it was successful but its nowhere to be found on my system, aside from the add/remove programs. When I try to uninstall it, I got an error 2753

I’m not sure where I hit the point of no return on installs. Why I’m getting this error. I have been through the forums, I am getting the same error messages but their solutions have not worked in my case.

One thing to look at are security settings, Firewall ect. I forget to turn off my VPN and it causes issues working with Sketchup and other programs.
