Motion Blur for SU without expensive software

How can you do motion blur on a rendering without photoshop or Vray or expensive software?

Are there any new plugin’s or techniques I’m unaware of?

Thank you, looks pretty easy although I’ve never had to use Gimp or photoshop. So far have always found work arounds.

In my experience if you really want nice renderings with great depth you need to do post production in Photoshop or an alternative photo editing program.
