Most efficient way to create 'fly-through' curves for Keyframe animator?

Hello

What would be the most efficient way to create ‘fly-through’ curves for Keyframe animation?

Looking to create moving object animations, & want to set camera points at certain points along curves

Could do it manually - however as I’m likely to do quite a few of these ‘mini movies’, would like to see if can automate it a bit. The curves could move in all dimensions, but generally either follow a central point - or rotate around it, but can also change in altitude
