Model holes close up in other programs

When I export this model into other programs, such as Netfab, 3d Builder and Zbrush, I get a message that the file has issues to be repaired. When I have the program fix the model, it closes up all the holes in the bottom. I’ve enlarged it, looking it over, and can’t find anything to fix. Can’t load the file due to size, so have attached a Zip file. Any suggestions?

I suspect it has to do with the issue preventing SketchUp from identifying the object as solid. Fix those first.

Are you intending to 3D print this? If so, I would suggest that you scale it up by a factor of 1000, switch the model units to Meters and then model as if millimeters are meters. That will help to prevent issues with missing faces and surface borders.

FWIW, hiding the surfaces on the back and side reveal the internal faces that need to be removed.

There are a few places in the thread that need repairing, too. Once those things are fixed you should have a solid object.

Thank you for the quick response. Got it fixed. Lessons learned!
