The icon size image presented and your message are missing information about the dwg file (it somehow contains xref files?), as well as about the scale of the imported model (too small?).
it seems like the problem related to the “zombies” entities from autocad, is there anyway to import those zombies stuffs since it got ignored by sketchup

The presence of “zombies” in the DWG file indicates that it was created using extensions (like Civil 3D) that create special objects of their own. The best way to solve the problem would be to open the DWG in the application that created it and use the “Export to AutoCad” function there to create a version of the file that has only standard AutoCad objects. Only Autodesk software can deal with those proprietary objects.
