Holaaa!!! My Sketchup, I got it via web, I can open and see it and press the icons, but it does not allow me to draw or open sketch of previous year’s programs. Help… ---

When you installed, did you right-click the install file and select “run as administrator”? If not, do this. ---

If you check his profile you’ll see he’s using the Free version, which wouldn’t involve installing anything. ---

You’re right, his seems to be a common issue where people post under the wrong category; as a forum where people give of their free time to help we might assume the posted category is correct without having to always check on someone’s profile? ---

Figuring it out isn’t easy, but the part about getting via web is a Google translation. Curiously, “Mi Sketchup, lo consegui via web” translates in the way white rabbit showed, but just “lo consegui via web” translates to: you achieve it via the web, which would make sense for the describing the free version. Hopefully he will come back and let us know which one he is using. ---

Lo conseguí vía web = I got it from the website. (it’s not clear even for a Spanish speaker if he means the web version or the desktop one). A screenshot would be helpful. ---
