I’m using SketchUp Pro 2020 and I want to go to my toolbars. When I go to View > Toolbars, no dialog box appears and I can’t click my menu bar anymore. What do you guys think of this issue? How do I fix this?
Your dialog is probably opening off screen.
While it is active, press alt and space together, them m, then tap any arrow key and finally, without clicking, move the mouse around until the dialog appears.

I tried doing it. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The dialog box didn’t even show up. Is there something like a log file so that I can identify the issue?
Menu grays out every time I go to Views and click toolbar … tried everything - unfortunately Sketchup is unusable as it crashes the whole time
Did you try the keyboard shortcuts posted by Box:
alt+space, m (or if your Windows is not in English, it might be different), arrow key, move mouse
