I have been unable to get the server admins to open it back up again

usually you can ping or mp @colin @TheOnlyAaron or @Missa_g for thread related issues.

You adjust the cladding material in the advanced settings within the edit menu. Right click on the roof assembly to access the edit menu. The wall cladding cannot be adjusted per side, so you will need to manually adjust this within your model.
