i I have tried for weeks on and off to turn this heel into a solid
I have solid inspector and
the findings are just impossible with 1800+ problems
Can anyone help me to turn this heel into a solid
to subtract from a block like an negative sculpture of it
ANY other higheel would do
This one if from a shoe in the warehouse that found before
and asked this question
Since then I managed to delete all the rest of it and the invisible geometry.
The only way around it I can imagine is to create vertices that hit the heel at many spots
but it feels like it will be an enormous amount of time
I also tried to thicken the top to close the heel but somehow can’t make it part of the group.
It always stays separate.
Maybe some one on here has a extension
that does this in a jiffy?
Thank you very much

You have multiple groups and some very strange shapes, and you have hidden all your edges rather than softened them, and other things.
I haven’t used any fancy extensions to fix it, just basic tools.

Hello Mr Box
Thank you so much for your time and effort. I
GucciRed.skp (9.9 MB)
This was the original shoe from the 3Dwarehouse
So all I did was delete and delete and try solid ware.
Now I have this but how do I show the filled shape of whats of the side of the shoe
the heel in the back isn’t vertical so I can’t push back with push and pull
I send the logo that I wanted to achieve ±in 3D
like a solid block where the high heel volume is empty and one can look from the back into it with
some sort of illumination from within.
I will try in the next days how I can further the model.
Thank you so much
