You can’t exit the program, only force-quit helps. In the extension manager, Vray and Laubwerk Player are inaccessible (dead buttons) Maybe Vray is the cause of the problem, or macOS Ventura 13.2? Otherwise, everything seems to work.
Can I ask what your question is here? I popped in because your topic is titled “SketchUp Team” but your post has nothing to do with that. I’m reading your post, I’m still not sure what you are asking. Can you please edit your title and add to this so that someone may be able to help you out?
Both Laubwork and V-ray both use external installers - which may be why you can’t remove them here.
You’ll need to uninstall them with their corresponding installers I assume
Well you can always brute force the uninstall from an extension
Someone might come with a more elegant solution, don’t do it right away, but in the end, it should work.
if you go there :
(menu “go”, then choose “go to folder” and type that) ~/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2023
you’ll find the inner files of your SU. you’ll find a sketchup folder, and in it, plugin. the extension data should be located in there, deleting (or at least moving somewhere else) the data from Vray and laubwerk could help ? If it does, try reinstalling one, then the other.
If it doesn’t help, there is another radical troubleshooting solution, completer removal and reinstall. (complete step by step here)
the folder I gave a path to ? delete it.
an also the SU folder in your application folder
then do a clean install. and reinstall your extensions progressively. install one or two, start, quit, if it’s ok move on. it could help you either find the problematic one, or even fix the issue.
