What is this? What does it mean/do?
there are two web view nib files, and it seems to have had something to do with which is used by the built in dialogs…
Home and Back Buttons are ‘in’ one nib but are optional on the other…
but I could never find any differences in use and I believe it’s functionally is now redundant…
maybe I’m wrong…

The purpose of this option appear to have been lost in time. The source and documentation doesn’t mention what it was used for. I wouldn’t be surprised if it didn’t do anything any more. I suspect it was more for some internal need at some point.
