completing a project for a client. saved project every 10 minutes. not sure what happen turn (crashed) i guess, lost project unable to find/locate project help!!

In SketchUp, look at the File menu. That should have a list of the recent files you have worked on. The welcome screen should also show the file, and it may say Recovered on it. That file is the auto save copy of the file.
You also can go straight to where the auto save files are stored, by copying and pasting this text into File Explorer:
%LocalAppData%\SketchUp\SketchUp 2021\SketchUp\working\SKETCHUP\RecoveredFiles
Any files you were working on when a crash happened should be in that folder. If you see the one you need, move the file to a more normal folder, Documents for example, then open the file to see if it includes your latest changes.

See if there is a ‘working’ folder in there. There won’t be a working folder if you have turned off the auto save option, but hopefully you do have that turned on.
If you do a search in File Explorer, for all files on your C drive that end with .skp, what files show up?
I do not think I turned off the auto search not sure where I would do that at, but he it says no results found

One monitor use desk as monitor also to give me 2 monitors

No, that’s not the case, when the software crashed that is when I received a bugsplat report message. Also, I took computer to shop today to see if file could be recovered, when app closed received an bugsplat message, it was not connected to a monitor.
Where is autosave locate in software so I can set it up thought it was saving ever 10 minutes but guess not. Would see the system trwill
