Absolutely — thanks for offering to test Terrain2Sketch! 
I’m sending you the latest Mac beta as a ZIP file. I’ve just rebuilt it to support macOS 15 (Sequoia) and later.
Unzip it and try launching Terrain2Sketch.app. If macOS gives you any warnings or refuses to open it, please let me know what it says.
I’d also be very interested to see what kind of GeoTIFF/DEM terrain data is available in Thailand and how Terrain2Sketch handles it.
