Login loop for some users

I have 2 users, one teacher and one student, who get into a loop when they try to log in. It keeps coming back to “Are you in the right place?”. Our domain is nepean.nsw.edu.au . Can anyone assist with this?

Hi @Judy_NCS, thanks for the post and sorry about the delay in getting back to you. If it is just one or two users and other people on your domain are able to access the app, that points toward a issue in the settings for the individual account rather than the firewall or anything I can do on our end. While I am happy to get you added to our database of approved domains if you would like, I suspect that the issue is on your end. Can you run through the steps outlined in the most recent post by Tori in this thread:
