I am logged in, but when I want to set the location, SU asks me to log in. I know there are oodles of fans who would send me the location on a file, but do I really have to do this every time?

That’s due to a recent upgrade. If you sign out, restart SketchUp and sign back in Add Location should work again.
Great thanks. Initially would not let me sign out, had to do some fiddling, work now.
