I need help with my SKP-2018 Pro License.
My old email address associated with my pro license no longer works. I cant change the email address since my old business email has been canceled and I cant get a new activation code.
I had to reactivate SKP on my laptop after the motherboard was replaced, I luckily still have SKP on my desktop. Ive tried to use the same license from my desktop on my repaired laptop, but the license is no longer recognized.
Is there any tricks or tip? anyone know a help phone number at SketchUp? @colin can you help me?
