Attached is a student project. I forget how to adhere this Lion to the face so that I can print it. What steps do I need to take to support this file?

Like the 3D text, he placement of the lion is suitable for 3D printing. You don’t need to do anything special to make it adhere. It does need to be a solid object, though. Currently it has a lot of problems.
The easiest way to fix it is to copy the front faces from the lion and then discard the orginal and re extrude them. Here’s the fixed model and after I get some coffee I’ll make a video to send to you showing the process.
