I’m working a patio door and when is time to make the handle there is some geometry that exceed another one. When I trim or intersect them I can delete the faces that exceed but I can’t delete the line.

It looks like you have used ‘Intersect with’ as well as solid tools. This has created the extra edges.
So delete the ‘ears’ then make the other two groups one with outer shell, this then makes it easy to select and delete the extra edges.
