You should probably contact SketchUp support or sales via the SketchUp website. This is an user forum and as a SketchUp user I don’t even understand your request. What is a clearance certificate? What kinds of situations are you trying to avoid?

Thank you for your response. I have tried contacting Tremble’s License Compliance Manager several times, but I haven’t received a response yet. What we are trying to avoid is receiving a communication from Tremble stating that we have used their software illegally or that we haven’t paid the required fees.
Have you received such a communication from them? Why would they accuse you of using the software illegally if you purchased a legitimate subscription? Who did you purchase the subscription through?
By the way, it might help if you spell the company name correctly. It’s Trimble not Tremble.
