Licensing Error

My membership is still active until March 2020. But when I try to open a file it says “You are not licensed. You can continue to use SketchUp, but you will not be allowed to start a new file or open an existing file.” I have deadlines and I’m very stressed about this. How can I fix it?

At any time, did you log out? Or were you offline for some period?
Try logging into your AMP in a browser, does that work?
You need to use the same email address that is assigned in that portal.

Thank you for your quick reply. I shut my computer down and restarted it. Then signed back in and it’s working. Phwew!!
