Licenses gone after renewal?

Anyone else have trouble with licenses disappearing during renewal?
This morning all our licenses were fine.

This afternoon I received an email saying our licenses are renewed, but when I check the Admin console, there’s nothing there. And Sketchup says our licenses are expired.
(Support case already filed, but no response yet)

Yes, that’s the Admin Console website i have always used.
It turns out the renewal process was incredibly strange: instead of adjusting the number of licenses applied to our account, all our licenses we terminated and then re-assigned.
But the termination happened during the workday, and the re-assignment didn’t happen until sometime after 10pm.
Also, since the number of renewed licenses was different, some people did not get their license automatically re-assigned.

I had to do it manually this morning.
