License problem when opening a SKP file but not when opening SketchUp directly

Hello,

We are experiencing license issues at the office, when opening a SKP file directly Sketchup ask for licensing information, but if you open the software directly with the EXE the licens information is ok from last time you activated. This is happening with different users on different computers.
