Is the account number the same as the license number?
When I bought Su-Pro 2019 I got the account number but I don’t see anywhere the license number.

You might have bought a Subscription, and only an email address is needed to log in.
I paid around $300.
My original question is still standing.
That would have been one year of subscription. It might be expired. When did you buy? If you go to www.sketchup.com and log in, you can go to your Account Management Portal and check.
You don’t need a serial number and authorisation code, you just use the email address that bought the subscription to log in into SketchUp.
