Hello — I am using the latest version of Sketch up Pro. When I want to reopen saved files the programme will always tell me that I can’t use the autorisationtoken and that I can use the programme but not start a new file or open an ecisting one.
Already tried redownload for 2 times — need urgent help though it is my primar worktool!
Make sure NO Sketchup (and Layout) is running, maybe need to Restart your computer…
Open Sketchup
Try to Sign out and sign in back in this way
- Sketchup menu:
Help>>Sign Out (your@email.address) - Close (Exit/quit) Sketchup
- Open Sketchup
- Sketchup menu: `Help>>Sign In
(You may need to quit Sketchup and start again…)
