Library idea is done, but I need help with next step

Dear All,

I have finished the design of my library, and now need to take the next step. I have asked local architects for help, and the quotes I have gotten are from $7K to $15K.

I think this is kind of high, given the following:

  1. Basic design is done
  2. Detailed design is done
  3. Foundation details, wall construction details, roof construction details are done
  4. Stair and loft details are done
  5. No permits are required, no planning commission is involved, no local building board, etc. An electrical inspection is required.

I would like to find someone that:

  1. Can take my model and turn it into plans
  2. Do an engineering analysis to ensure the structure is sound
  3. Figure out the electrical stuff

If this takes $7K-$15 for a tiny building, then OK. I am hoping it will take less.

Any help in finding help would be greatly appreciated.
