What version of SketchUp are you using? Your profile is confusing. There is no SketchUp for Schools SketchUp Desktop version. SketchUp for Schools is a web based version for school aged children. Is this a school assignment?

I’ve modeled what I understand from your image. Then I made copies and rotated them to create a 3-view using 3rd angle projection. I turned on Back Edges to show the hidden features.

It is good to think of SketchUp, by making it in 3D foreseeing it’ll be a gain of time, being able to export any view we want, but is it the point really ? It is scaled 1:1. Use a ruler, even without graduations since you have graph paper (not sure of the name in English)
