Leveling out building after using sandbox tools

So I’m designing a Georgian Townhouse elevated from the ground. I was messing around with sandbox tools noticing its not effecting the area I was zoomed into, then saved it for the night. The next day I realised its shifted the whole building and now I cannot undo it.

So how can I level out the whole building back to the way it was?
