Layout template options not showing

Hello,
I have a few templates I use on Layout. I ‘hearted’ one, thinking that it would just put it at the top of the list but it now automatically only loads the ‘hearted’ one.
How do I get back to seeing the rest of the templates?
I’m sure it’s something very simple but I cannot see where it is

Go to Edit/Preferences/Startup and change it there.

Make sure Prompt for Template is selected in Preferences.
