I’m unable to do anything with the LayOut file. Several of the required files are empty. Did you try opening the backup copy? Where was the file saved while working on it? Is it correct you are using a cr acked version of SketchUp and LayOut 2024?
Where can I find the backup copy? The file was saved while I was working on it to an external hard drive.
The backup copy should be in the same directory as the working file.
That’s most likely why the file has become corrupted.

Another problem could be related to using cr acked software. This has been a problem for other users, too.
You need to slow down and give me a chance to reply to you. Repeatedly hounding my to fix your file isn’t going to help.
I couldn’t find the backup of the file in the same path where we save it.
That would indicate that there was a problem with saving to the external drive. At this point starting over is the only option. And don’t save the file to an external drive while you are working on it.
