LayOut - Rearrange thumbnails in pages window

I seem to have an issue rearranging the page order in the Thumbnail View Pages Window. I can move the page order in the list view but in thumbnail I can pick the page up, drag it to a new position but it won’t stay it bounces back.
This has started happening after the last update. Having a similar issue useing the arrow keys to page through many pages, it doesn’t work now.

Help… so frustrating in the middle of a job!!

Can you make a screen recording of your issue, hit shift+cmnd+5 to be able to record your screen.
