Is it possible to set up a macro/autotext in Layout that will output the list of all Scenes from the inserted Sketchup file? Like a Table Of Contents, but not for the Layout pages, for the Sketchup Scenes.
I dont think there is an autotext call that works for that. I believe the only way Layout “sees” data from any sketchup file is thru a connected viewport. While a viewport can see an entire list of scenes in the sketchup file, layout doesnt currently have a way to mine that data via autotext.
Would love to hear from Sketchup staff on this one. More autotext features would always be better
Not that I’m aware. And you’d have to deal with having more than one SKP file inserted. I sometimes have 3-4 SKP in one LO.
