When one Layout file is close then all file close at once even I didn’t close other file .
Does it make a difference if you use the close button, or type Command W? It may be that the Option key is being read as if it is pressed. If it is, then either Command W or clicking on the foreground document’s close button, will close all documents:
Also, check Settings, Shortcuts, to make sure Close All doesn’t have a shortcut set for it:
