Having issue with LayOut - my tools are not showing up, though I can click on the area. I also keep getting a notification that I need to log-in but I am currently logged in.
In order for the stuff in a window to be active, you need to first have an appropriate entity or tool selected. If you want to make dimension style setting you need to select a dimension or have the Dimension tool selected.
