Layout: dimension features and paper size

Hi,
I have some suggestions for the developer team:

  1. we are missing the option to type the offset distance from the object that is measured to the dimension line.
  2. It would be great that you put the option to set a fixed lenght of the dimension lateral lines
  3. The posibbility to have different paper size on different pages, on the same layout.
