Layout – bug – draw polar coordinate line broken for scaled groups

I have a recollection of mentioning this sometime, somewhere…

In a scaled group if you type say, ^45, 100mm, it draws a line that is 100mm at 1:1 and not the scale of the drawing group.

Severity – Please fix ASAP
