# Layout behaviour for non-rendered images

Hi all

Im getting the following effect when exporting a file to PDF from layout 2021.

This is a screen grab of a PDF.  
Other pages in the PDF display correctly with images linked in and rendered.

Any idea what’s going on? It’s a simple file…nothing fancy at all (just shading studies).
