Layout 2026 bug - colour picker ui icon stuck

hi all, i just went to use the colour picker tool in layout 2026, now my interface is stuck on that icon. It doesnt matter if i escape out of it, pick the default selector tool, scale, draw, rectangle etc - my interface is stuck with the colour picker icon. The other tools still operate (either by selecting the tool or shortcut keys), but the colour picker icon is now stuck on.
Apologies for not being able to screenshot it (turns out not that easy to capture), but just trust me.

it doesnt matter whether i click out of the program and back in. all other functionality is normal.

I can confirm – Layout is unresponsive other than being able right-click and zoom in and out.

For example, I can’t select any other tools or activate the top menu bar.

I can click the top right close icon and the do you want to save dialog pops up but none of the options are clickable.

The only way to exit the program was to end task.
