I can’t reproduce this, so I’m not sure I should make any suggestions on fixing. It’s not fonts, and I looked into scaling: your model is scaled, and you can also control dimension scaling for paper space vs model space. But I don’t have an answer. If it were me, I’d copy elements from my old templates to my 2025 template.

Barry, thanks for your time on this. Yes its odd, but I’ll just redo my templates, I’ve been meaning to clean them up for a while anyway.
