First of all many thanks to read my message.
I need to use Layout but every time that I click on the icon Layout 2021, the startup screen with the Layout logo appears but I cannot use it. It stucks on the screen which says, on the right low corner: " Shortcut keys quick configuration" . After 5 or 8 minutes, I can use it.
So, what could be the causes of this very very slow loading?
