I have a 1 seat sketchup pro subscription, I switch between desktop and laptop usually no problem
I am just replacing my laptop.
I have uninstalled sketchup from the old one .
the new laptop wont activate as sketchup still sees the old one as active?
I have searched Manage my account but cant find a way of deactivating the old laptop
