Hello. I have a jittery mouse. I have a brand new Macbook Pro Retina, OS X Yosemite 10.10.3. On plugging in my USB mouse for the first time, which worked perfectly on a MBP, OS X Lion 10.9.5, the mouse is jittery, especially in orbit and zoom. In fact the image I am creating in SketchUp jitters now and then simply when the USB mouse is connected. It’s impossible to work. Has anyone else experienced this? It may be the new Macbook Pro settings are incorrect. I am searching around for an answer but nothing has appeared so far … any help much appreciated.
a jitter might be caused by the surface resp. structure of the underground the mouse is used on, try if changing by e.g. using a mouse pad helps.
Thank you kindly for sending this. I moved the new Macbook and mouse to a different location, different table surface and it worked. Hurrah! It had previously been placed on a soft board, which I can see was the problem. Such a simple solution. Many thanks.
